The 2D arcade combatant Street Combatant Alpha 3 has been adapted into the 3D format for the Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX. With a roster of 37 characters, three of which (Maki, Yun, and Eagle) have never been seen outside of the GBA edition, and one character who is brand-new to the game (Ingrid), you will be able to spend a very long time learning the complexities of all of the fighters.
It incorporates all of the new features unveiled in the Alpha series, such as finite defenses, the capacity to recuperate, and isms that allow customizing special attacks. All of the game modes available in the previous home versions of Alpha 3, such as Arcade Mode, Training Mode, Edit Mode, World Tour, Dramatic Battle, and Survival modes, are included in this version. These game modes, along with the brand-new 100-man kumite (survival) and tag-team battle modes, help alleviate the monotony typically associated with this type of video game.
The PSP version also includes network games, which can only be ad-hoc for up to eight people. Also, it comes with four new game modes: VS Mode, Team Mode, Variable Battle (in which you lead three players into battle, of which you control two, and the computer one), and Dramatic Battle, in which numerous fighters engage in combat all at once.
