The gameplay of this game is not much different from other regular role-playing games; it is also greatly simplified. However, that does not mean that this game will become boring because it retains its depth. The changes that the publisher has made may include the removal of the character’s magic system and the skills that bind those things to each weapon player uses. It means, to each weapon, the characters will have different skills. They do not even have normal attacks that depend on Ragna Point (RP). They play a very important role because if not, your character will be useless and become a sack for the enemy to attack. Therefore, players need to use RP appropriately. Besides, they can be fully restored if your character level up or touch the healing stream. Of course, you can also use the Defense command to recover, but my sincere advice is that you should not use them in mortal battles because they are insignificant and make you more vulnerable. Weapon systems in the game divided into two main categories. First of all, Ragnafact is the main weapon of the character with unlimited usages and the damage is extremely large. Besides, there are Spirifact weapons that are limited in usage and most of them will not have healing or supplementation for you.
