Kororinpa: Marble Mania

The player of the video game Kororinpa: Marble Mania maneuvers balls through mazes by tilting the Wiimote to adjust the angle of the labyrinth displayed on the screen. If the player tilts the Wiimote too much, the ball will go off the track, ending the game. You will need to gather crystals as you make your way through the game, and you will require a specific quantity of those crystals to open the door leading to the next level when you reach the end of each one. Some even open ‘hidden’ stories. There is no limit to how many times you can go through each level to improve your score.

The “balls” are more like adorable critters, such as a ladybug, a fluffy cat, and a watermelon. They are not balls at all. Each has unique qualities like response time, speed, and bounciness. The mazes become progressively more difficult and may need the player to invert the controller position at several points. There are fifty levels spread across five distinct worlds, each with its unique visual aesthetic, soundtrack, and set of challenges.

Includes a multiplayer mode with a split-screen component.
