The Definitive Edition+ of Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow is now available. is a modification for the video game Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow that combines multiple improvements to the game’s quality-of-life features into a single ROM.
The following corrections are incorporated into the hack:
- The anime-style portraits in Castlevania: Dawn of Dignity have been replaced with those drawn in the Ayami Kojima style.
- Fixed Luck: This change makes it so that the luck statistic actually has an effect on the rate at which souls drop.
- Touch Screens Are No Longer Required Anywhere Touch screens are no longer required in any location.
- The Julius Mode will initiate with the Tower Key.
- The original jump kick of Alucard has been restored.
- Additional statistics and qualities have been added to souls and equipment.
- Enhanced animations of the characters
- Yoko and Alucard now have additional mobility options.
