Centipede is a fixed-genre shooting video game, brought to fans by Atari, Inc. in 1981. Coming to Centipede, players will have to fight with many dangerous animals like centipedes, spiders, scorpions, fleas. A stage is completed when the player removes a centipede from the playing field. The main goal of the player is to keep his garden clean and free of insects. Centipede owns quite different gameplay compared to most current games. The player’s fighter plane is represented by a head like a small insect. Players will move around the bottom area of the screen and shoot darts at the insects above. With humorous graphics and classic sounds of old games, Centipede will be an extremely good entertainment game after stressful studying time.
